Who can work from home?

You may set your hours according to the clients customer service agent needs. Some clients are open 365 days, 7 days a week.

What equipment do I need?

*Computer, USB headset with microphone, hard-wired landline telephone service, hardwired broadband internet service, space at home free of noise and distractions. *additional cpu requirements

What computer software do I need?

Internet explorer 8, 9, 10, 11 on windows 7, 8, or 10,

Does it cost anything to start?

To register you must complete a background check $8, you are then able to pick a client training and certification course ranging from $25-$250. All agents must complete a training program to service a client.

What is the process?

1. Create a simple profile
2. Submit a background check
3. Sign non-disclosure agreement
4. Select an at-home opportunity
5. Attend a training session
6. Start working
